dr. Gergely Jambrik
Founder of the law firm.
Gergely has over 25 years of professional experience in IP/IT and business law.
His areas of expertise include software law, IT and internet domain law, trademark law, e-commerce contracts and data protection. He has published numerous articles and regularly lectures on IT law and e-commerce topics.
Prior to establishing the Jambrik Law Firm, he was a senior member of the IP/IT and Telecom-Media-Technology group at the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He also participated in a PhD program on the above topics through a scholarship in The Hague. He graduated summa cum laude from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in 1998.
He is member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Council of Internet Service Providers, the Hungarian Association for the Protection of Industrial Property and the MADAT Data Protection Association.
In addition to Hungarian, he is fluent in English and German.
dr. Sonnevend-Valle Anna LL.M.
Attorney-at-law
Anna joined Jambrik Law Firm in 2011. She is a member of the Budapest Bar Association.
Anna specializes in contract law, data protection, electronic commerce, and consumer protection law. She also has a deep knowledge in domain law, intellectual property and IT law, corporate compliance, as well as real estate matters.
She completed her studies at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE). She spent a short time in the United Kingdom and one year in Austria on scholarships (Erasmus and ÖAD). After obtaining her law degree, she worked for three years in the legal department of GE (General Electric) Hungary Consumer & Industrial's European headquarters. She earned an LL.M. degree in consumer protection law.

dr. Markó-Tichy Krisztián LL.M.
Trainee Lawyer
Krisztián joined Jambrik Law Firm in 2022.
His areas of expertise include real estate law and commercial law, with a primary focus on IT law. Within this field, he places particular emphasis on legal issues related to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
He completed his legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Szeged, with a specialisation in business law, and participated in the university’s Legal Clinic Programme, where he provided pro bono legal assistance to underprivileged individuals. In 2024, he earned an LL.M. degree as a certified specialist in digital economy law.
In addition to Hungarian, she is fluent in English.
Olasz Ágnes
Legal Intern
Ágnes has been working at Jambrik Law Firm since early 2025.
Her areas of expertise include business law, trademark law and data protection. She also focuses on the legal regulation of artificial intelligence and digital technologies, with particular emphasis on the latest EU and domestic compliance requirements.
She is currently completing her law studies at the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary. Alongside her studies, she places strong emphasis on developing her practical legal skills: she has participated in several conferences and lecture series, and in 2025 she achieved first place in a scholarship competition of the Batthyány Foundation.
In addition to Hungarian, she is fluent in English.
